What does the package include?
First distinguish transport only from transport with a Makkah stay. A shared package includes transport and the accommodation shown in booking; transport-only fares do not include a hotel. For a fair comparison, use the same passenger count, duration, room nights and departure point in each offer, then compare the final total.
Why do Batha and Al Kharj prices differ?
Departure points can have different configured fares. A Batha price should not automatically be applied to Al Kharj, and a one-way fare is different from return transport. The table below shows current base examples per traveller, excluding promotions and Madinah additions. A displayed price is not a guarantee that every date is available.
Three, four or five days
Trip duration affects the accommodation and transport calculation. Trip days include travel and are not the same as hotel nights. Check the Makkah nights displayed in the form when comparing a short trip with a longer stay. For private accommodation, compare room counts and nights rather than multiplying a shared price by your family size.
Private rooms and Makkah hotels
Private accommodation is calculated by hotel, rooms and nights together with transport. The booking form lists currently published 5-star Makkah private-room options, subject to confirmation and availability. A shared package price does not imply a private room, a particular hotel location or services that have not been stated.
Adding Madinah
Makkah and Madinah is a different route from Makkah only. Review the route charge, any Madinah rooms and nights, and where each amount is due. Travelling to Madinah does not automatically include accommodation there. Keep the breakdown from your selected options ready for the confirmation call.
Finding an economical option
Compare shared and private accommodation, the duration you actually need, and transport only if you already have suitable lodging. A cheaper headline is not useful if it leaves out your hotel or return journey. Choose around your travellers’ needs and review the total, change terms and missed-bus policy before submission.
Request, approval and payment
Submission creates a preliminary request without online payment at this step. Staff review your details and availability before authorized approval. The approved ticket is delivered using the approved delivery method; the ticket itself is not sent through WhatsApp. Confirm payment arrangements with staff before attending.
