One-way Riyadh to Makkah
This can suit travellers who arranged accommodation or a return independently. Check the outbound date, departure point and passenger count. A one-way transport fare does not include a hotel or an unlisted return journey. Have a clear return plan before travelling, especially if work or onward travel is scheduled.
Return bus travel
Select the correct outbound and return dates; the interval affects the transport fare. Three-day return travel differs from longer durations, and Batha and Al Kharj can have different fares. The form shows current pricing before submission. Do not assume an extra day leaves the price or return arrangements unchanged.
Makkah to Riyadh only
Return-only travel starts from the configured Makkah Operations meeting point. Confirm the location and attendance time with staff: the operational meeting point may be different from your hotel. A hotel name on an accommodation booking does not mean the return bus boards there. Keep the approved meeting instructions with your ticket.
Transport does not include a room
If you have not arranged lodging, compare shared or private accommodation packages with the cost of transport and a separately booked hotel. Review Makkah nights, room counts and capacity. Madinah also needs a separate review of route and accommodation choices; it is not implied by the phrase Umrah bus.
Riyadh and roadside boarding points
Choose a point available for your date in booking. Roadside pickup applies to coordinated points on the Riyadh–Taif road and is not an automatic return stop. Do not assume an arbitrary pickup point or home collection. Confirm the selected point and how to reach it with staff.
Bus and luggage questions
Ask staff about the actual bus arrangements, luggage allowance, attendance instructions and your family’s needs. Do not assume a VIP class, bus model or unconfirmed service. Keep medicines and essential items accessible, follow the driver and supervisor’s instructions, and keep aisles clear.
Ticket and return planning
After review and approval, tickets are delivered by the approved method; the ticket itself is not sent through WhatsApp. Al-Batha is the default return destination, with original-branch drop-off subject to the published passenger condition. Confirm the destination before arranging collection and contact staff early about date or name errors.
