Departure-specific prices
Al Kharj fares can differ from Al-Batha or roadside pickup, and shared accommodation differs from transport only. The table below gives current base examples per traveller; private rooms depend on hotel, rooms and nights. Compare the same service, duration and route rather than applying another departure point’s advertised price.
Location and attendance
Review the published Al Kharj map link when selecting the point and confirm attendance instructions with staff. Attendance time is not a guaranteed bus movement or Makkah arrival time. Bring traveller documents, the approved ticket and a charged phone, and plan your transfer to the location with enough time for luggage and check-in.
Will the bus return to Al Kharj?
Do not assume it will. Al-Batha is the default Riyadh return destination. Original departure-branch drop-off operates only when 11 or more passengers on the same bus are from that branch under the current terms. Confirm the final destination with staff and arrange onward transport from Al-Batha if the condition is not met.
Makkah only or Madinah too
Decide on the route before comparing prices. Madinah additions require a review of the route charge and any extra accommodation; they are not automatically included in a Makkah fare. For a short trip, discuss available time and family rest needs, and keep the approved meeting and return instructions.
Family travel from Al Kharj
For privacy, compare private rooms with shared accommodation rather than a per-person price alone. Check room counts, Makkah nights, capacity and the published hotel details. Also plan the family’s transfer home from the confirmed return destination, especially when travelling with children or older companions.
Preliminary request and confirmation
Check names, documents, contact number and the Al Kharj departure selection before submission. The request is not an instantly confirmed ticket and involves no immediate online payment. After the review call and authorized approval, the ticket is delivered by the approved method, not by sending the ticket itself through WhatsApp. Contact staff early for amendments.
